Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss one of most popular and successful Country Musicians born on July 23, 1971 in Decatur Illinois the United States of America. LeAnn Kymes and Krauss, were amongst the youngest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23rd, 1971) is an American bluegrass and country musician as well as singer. She entered the music industry in the early years, competing in local contests before 10, and recording for the first time when she was 14 years old. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and made her debut single album, a solo one in the year 1987. She was asked to join the group with whom she performs Alison Krauss and Union Station as well as releasing her debut album in the band in 1989.
