Lis Wiehl was born August 19, 1962 and was previously a Fox News legal analyst.
Her previous position was as Assistant Professor of Law in The University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She's been on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File, with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs and The Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was born and raised in Yakima and attended West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma in English from Barnard College in 1983, an MA in Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985, and an Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl served as prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. She was a legal correspondent on NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the the deputy chief investigator for Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." She served as a professor of law and an appointment on the University of Washington School of Law Seattle between 1995 and 2001. Wiehl has been a Fox News analyst since 2001.
